Published in December 2008, the Portfolio is the third in a series of resources for teachers who are concerned with screening, diagnosing and supporting school age children who have dyslexia. The Portfolio follows:
- The Dyslexia Screener – a CD assessment with six screening tests that together indicate dyslexic tendencies
- Dyslexia Guidance – a handbook for teachers offering a range of information and teaching resources for use post-screening in the classroom and beyond
The Portfolio has been developed by Martin Turner, an independent educational psychologist who has been involved with training specialist teachers over many years and considered there to be a gap in the resources available for a suite of short, effective and up-to-date tests that would allow teachers to put into practice the training they had received.
